At Lisette’s Luxurious Décor, we want your event to be beautiful, stress-free, and fun! Please read our policies carefully before booking to ensure a smooth experience.

📍 Travel Policy

Travel within 30 minutes of our base location is included in your package.

For events requiring travel over 30 minutes, a fee will apply based on distance and time:

  • 31–45 minutes: $30

  • 46–60 minutes: $50

  • 61+ minutes: $75+ (custom quote)

All travel fees will be included in your final quote and invoice.

🛡️ Care of Décor Items

We kindly ask that all décor items be treated with care. Normal wear from standard use is expected.

Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning caused by misuse or negligence. Any costs for repair or replacement will be invoiced following the event.

💳 Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event unless otherwise stated on your invoice.

  • No setup or services will begin until payment has been received in full.

  • Once your booking is confirmed, an invoice will be sent via Square for a secure and convenient payment.

🛠️ Setup & Client Take-Down

Setup: All décor setup is included. We handle arranging, styling, and placing all items to bring your vision to life.

Take-Down: Clients are responsible for returning all décor items using the provided cleanup kit, which makes the process simple and quick:

  • Fold linens (doesn’t have to be perfect) and place them in the provided container

  • Stack napkins together neatly

  • Return goblets and glassware in their case

  • Store all décor items safely

This procedure helps keep our services affordable while ensuring all items are properly cared for.

Important: Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required will be invoiced following the event.

🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Additional fees may apply depending on notice given and changes requested.

⚠️ Liability

Lisette’s Luxurious Décor is not responsible for:

  • Venue restrictions or limitations

  • Weather-related issues

  • Damage caused by guests or third parties

Once décor has been set up, responsibility transfers to the client until all items have been returned following the cleanup kit instructions.
